AGM – The Annual General meeting of The Marketeers Carnival Club is taking place Monday 19th January at The Mansion House 7.30pm Start. Please make the effort to attend, apologies to Windsor or Paul Brazewell.
Xmas Cabaret – The Marketeers Christmas Cabaret (Sat 13th Dec) is a sell out; therefore we will be looking for extra help from all aspects of the club on the night of the Cabaret. This is vitally important as recently the club has struggled on there own at cabarets, this time we will just not be able to cope. Please please make a note in your diary and pop along to lend a hand.
Pontoon Dinner - The date for the annual Pontoon dinner has been set – Saturday 14th March 2009. further details will be available in the next news letter
Welcome – To new members Des Turner and Matt Holland hopefully it will be the first of many years in the club for them.
In Memoriam – as I’m sure you are now all aware a couple days after helping the club with our stage props Philip ‘Mugsy’ Morgan sadly passed away. At his funeral the club was well represented and Chunk read a very moving eulogy. Hopefully our success on the road has served as a fitting tribute.

This year’s prices will be £9.25 for an adult T-shirt, £7.50 for a child’s T-shirt, £13.50 for a Sweatshirt & £4.75 each per Rat Jacket patch.
